Return Window: Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition with all packaging and documentation.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Conditions: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition. Custom or personalised orders are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or is defective, contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
